le Tour de Femme


 

Welcome to the home of the 2010 le Tour de Femme

Grab My Wheel will be holding its annual womens only cycling event, le Tour de Femme, on Saturday October 9, 2010 departing and returning to Cycling Spoken Here in Cary, North Carolina.

le Tour de Femme will allow female cyclists of all skill levels to participate in a ride of either 15 miles, 31.2 miles or 62.4 miles in length.

2010 le Tour de Femme Jersey

It is with great excitement that we share the 2010 le Tour de Femme jersey. This year's jersey is a special edition purple to mark our 5th year. Once again, we are producing Nalini jerseys in order to provide our riders the same top quality that the Pros use. Wednesday Night Ladies Rides at CSH

Come Ride With Us!!
Fall is on the way! The Wednesday night ladies rides are still running, but as of September 8th, the starting time is 5:45pm! Rides will start from Cycling Spoken Here in Cary as always. Looking forward to seeing everyone.

The weather looks good for this week so far. Currently, it is dry and the ride is on. This could change, and we will play it by ear for the rest of the day. TIME CHANGE!!! Ride starts at 5:45pm. BRING FLUIDS!!!

Qdoba Mexican Grill To host "le Tour de Femme Night" all year!
We are happy to announce that our friends at Qdoba Mexican grill in Beaver Creek Commons have volunteered to host a le Tour de Femme night once a month until the tour! Each month until the tour in October, Qdoba in Beaver Creek Commons is going to donate 10% of all the proceeds from dinner (5pm – 8pm) to le Tour de Femme!

Come out, bring the family and friends to Qdoba and not only have a great dinner, but help us support the Lance Armstrong Foundation and the Rex Hospital Angel Fund!
